The Wishing Well One on Wonder Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions
I am now offering private yoga and mindfulness classes for children aged 3 and up.
The classes are run in person, I come to you, or on Zoom.
These beautiful classes provide your child with the tools and exercises to strengthen their mind and body.
Whether they are experiencing emotional challenges or developmental challenges, The Wishing Well Yoga and Mindfulness program is specifically catered to suit your child and once I meet them, I can tailor the individual sessions to suit their unique needs.
The Yoga taught in these classes is perfect for assisting in the health and well-being of your child physically in strengthening their muscles to improve gross motor skills as they grow, increasing flexibility and co-ordination.
At the same time, combining the emotional and energetic benefits of mindfulness in yoga to promote better focus and also regulation of emotions, building self esteem, confidence and increasing self awareness and awareness for the world around them.
Each child receives work and play sheets, for use after the session to help them remember the content, as well as seperate handouts for the parent to allow them to continue to connect and do the work outside of the sessions.
