Welcome to The Wishing Well Yoga and Mindfulness Program

Purchase all 8 videos in our Introduction to Children's Yoga and access the lessons any time and as many times as you like! This is a unique Yoga Program designed and written by me especially for children. Once you become a member and join The Wishing Well Yoga Program, you will also join a beautiful community of like minded carers and kids, where we will connect, communicate and create beautiful friendships. You will also be included in our MONTHLY LIVE and INTERACTIVE online yoga classes with other members.

The Wishing Well One on Wonder Emotional Coaching Sessions

I am now offering private emotion and feelings coaching sessions for children aged 3 and up.

The sessions are run in person, I come to you, or on Zoom.

These beautiful sessions provide your child with the tools and exercises to strengthen their mind and body. The sessions include yoga & mindfulness, storytelling, movement, music and art based activities - all provided and facilitated by me, Fairy Mary!

My first and most important task is to make a deep connection with your child, a friendship between child and adult mentor (or Fairy Godmother) so that I can be invited into their world of thoughts and feelings. To gently walk beside them and be a safe guide to help them find their own INNER MAGIC.

Whether they are experiencing emotional challenges or developmental challenges, The Wishing Well Self Empowerment Program is specifically catered to suit your child and once I meet them, I can tailor the individual sessions to suit their unique needs.

The lessons taught in these sessions are perfect for assisting in the health and well-being of your child physically in strengthening their muscles to improve gross motor skills as they grow, increasing flexibility and co-ordination.

At the same time, combining the emotional and energetic benefits of mindfulness in yoga to promote better focus and also regulation of emotions, building self esteem, confidence and increasing self awareness and awareness for the world around them.

Each child receives work and play sheets, for use after the session to help them remember the content, as well as seperate handouts for the parent to allow them to continue to connect and do the work outside of the sessions, all complete in a beautiful keepsake folder.

We will build muscles in our minds and bodies that will help us navigate the challenges of childhood and beyond.
When practicing Yoga together, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with each other and the inner self and also develop an intimate relationship with the world that is around them.

Yoga at an early age encourages self esteem and body awareness with physical activity that is non-competitive. Fostering co-operation and compassion instead of opposition.
It is a great gift to give our children.
